Launched in June 2020, with a fabulous range of drinks, the Bombed Out Church Garden Bar and Café proved immensely popular, welcoming many visitors to St Luke's for the first time.
Facilities onsite to provide hospitality were initially proposed in 2015, as part of a long term plan to maintain St Luke's as a welcoming public space. Designed as a wonderful place to relax and meet, the Garden Bar and Café encourages visitors to engage with the church and grounds, while serving as an essential source of income for the site, supporting its maintenance, as well as the facilitation of cultural and community activities.
