Kindness Rocks
Back in 2023, children’s author Sheryl Webster invited knitters from Liverpool to create scarves for those experiencing homelessness. Now, with 400 scarves collected, we’re giving them a heartfelt send-off here at St Luke's, alongside music performances & book readings throughout the day🧣📚🎶

About the Event
Back in 2023, local children’s author Sheryl Webster invited knitters from Liverpool to create scarves for those experiencing homelessness & worked with school children to add handmade kindness tags🧣🏷️
Now, with 400 scarves collected, we’re giving them a heartfelt send-off here at the Bombed Out Church this Saturday! Exhibiting the scarves en masse in recognition of the contribution of everyone who took part ❤️
Following the display the scarves will be donated to those who need them most via the Whitechapel Centre 🫶
Free children’s activities will be available throughout the day, with music performances & book readings during our regular open day hours 📚🎶

💚 Donations on entry to the church are warmly welcomed
